Seller is putting bad graphics cards in new boxes and trying to sell them as what they are not. eBay had to step in to review the evidence and make a decision in my favor. Seller does not take responsibility for their employees actions and would rather blame the buyer. Seller also took too long to ship, which is probably indicative of a scam operation.

Bad.
Extremely loud even at low RPMs. Terrible value, just get an axial fan instead. Also performs abhorrenrly, struggles to keep an E5-2667 v2 below 80c. Can easily be fixed in all respects by modifying the fan mount plate to support an 80mm axial fan.
