Hey man we were using a nugsmasher tumbler and a terminator at the same time with the same material and got beautiful product, we used both very high-grade shake or trim and also tried with sugary popcorn. The other machines worked great yours didnt produce anything you got the pictures, just a tiny bit of stuff and lots of plant material which should never come through in any event. The fact that you didn' even check to see if your motors were damaged in shipping or that we had the right power

Unit works great, very good service.....exchange on money u.s. to canadian hurt, as well as dutie fees at post office.....but other than that would highly recommend.....unit was also shipped missing a lid?, i emailed seller and they instantly sent one....just got it....very happy with transaction
