    While the initial order didn t quite meet specifications as advertised, I really appreciated the seller doing everything within their power to make it right. And I understand that accidents happen. Especially when you have a huge volume of orders and you re doing your best to make sure they re being sent to the right customer and you are trying to do so as quickly and efficiently as you can. The seller was really kind and patient with me which I really appreciated most of all.

    Good seller, fast shipping and I am happy. I received this nice gemstone today. It is exactly as described and pictured. Thank you also for the gift of two beautiful opals. Shipping time was fast, taking 16 days to reach remote Hawaii Island. Unfortunately, tracking was not updated since 13 days ago, so it was basically useless. I believe this is not the seller's fault, it is common for this shipping company.
