OEM Epson Waste Ink Assembly For: XP-720, XP-800, XP-721, XP-810, XP-820, XP-615

This is a great fix/Time Saver . If you like to tinker/learn.

I purchased this product for my Epson XP-820. I wanted to restore my printer ASAP so I ordered this waste ink assembly. It is made exactly as the original. To replace the part you do have to remove a couple of plastic parts. Leave the print head in its stopped position. You do not have to move the print head to the replace ink position. After completing the following I did use the print maintenance to clean and align the print head and it is working good now. You can remove the existing assembly and clean the pads, dry the pads and reinstall without ordering this part. (Just be aware that you will cleaning a lot of ink out of the pads). Note: Epson has a built-in printer halt/stop when the printer reach a certain number of printed pages. I highly suggest that you download the reseat application and you can find a free download on the web. Be aware that the reset application requires a key that you must pay for to actually reset your printer. I highly suggest that you complete the reset before you order the Waste Ink Assembly. If you can't reset your printer back to zero you do not need the waste assembly. Good Luck.

This metal part is hard to find because B&S replaced it with a plastic part.

I needed this product because I had to rebuild the pull start mechanism on an 8 hp engine. The spring holder keeps a strong small spring in place to support the mechanics of the rewind spring and pull cord. Price was excellent for an item that was hard to find. I appreciated the quick delivery of the product.
