Didn't work otb w/Fedora

Excellent value for the experienced carb modder
First off- this requires a bunch of work/mods in order to be used (at all). You need to de-burr the butterflies, or they WILL stick in the bores every time your engine cools down.
Second- This won't work properly in stock form for ANY stock Holley carb. For example, you need to modify your main carb body for transfer slot restrictions (Google it, these are way too big, just like all the other aftermarket bases these days) if you don't wanna be pig rich off idle. Also, a 4 corner idle carb should not have constant drip idle ports out the back(!).
That all said, what's really cool about this piece is that it can be easily modded and used for damned near any 4150/4160 carb, 2 corner or 4 corner with a little ingenuity.
For example, It has provisions for manifold AND ported vacuum on the base (so you can use it with "race only" blocks on a street car, and you can run a vac gauge). It has provisions for vacuum for a rear power valve (if you're into that sort of thing). You could mod this for vac secondary usage with the right linkage and parts.
The quality of the components and machine work is high, you just have to know what you're doing, and you need to do the little finish work. Dinging them a star for the butterflies, the not installed check valve on the rear power valve (ok, no deduction on that one), and the way too big transfer slots. Still great.

Works w/Linux otb
It's say 5 stars at the price, but I refuse to agree with the prompt, "awesome sauce". Good, cheap, stable and works otb with Fedora 29
