Smaller than others

I use gallon bags all the time and noticed that the items I usually put in them didn't fit as well in these bags. It was also difficult to use my GameSaver Titanium because the bag was too short. So, I got out another bag to compare them. The other gallon bags are 1" wider and 2" longer inches longer. When using my smaller FoodSaver it isn't a problem, but I don't like them for my Titanium. Size DOES matter and these are small for gallon bags.

Seems good

I've only used it once so far, but it seems to have done an okay job, but it spilled over while heating. I had measured it as instructed, but I added a splash of lemon juice, which it suggested, to cut down on the vinegar smell. Next time I'll skip the lemon juice.

They thought of everything.

I bought several of these containers as I am organizing my kitchen. I was very pleased with them. The people who designed them, thought of everything, even devices for sprinkling confectionery sugar on top of dessert items. And, the shakers are perfect for adding sprinkles, nuts, etc. These are very well thought out, though I believe the claim of air tight may be an exaggeration which is why I took one star away. But, I like them VERY much which is why I bought several sets.
