Cured the problem with the monitor.
The monitor had a problem with cutting out, no video, after being off.
I replaced 6 out of the 8 capacitors on the power supply board and the problem was solved. I didn't replace the other two since they didn't show signs of failure and I was tired of removing and reinstalling at 10:00 in the evening.

Lynksys RE6700
Works as advertised and shored up the coverage on the third floor of the house. Now my daughter can listen to her music while she showers.

Bag does what it's supposed to do, one issue.
The only issue is if you are picking up coarse material, the bag wears out at the exit of the elbow. I solved this by having my wife sew a reinforcing piece of denim at the exit.
