- b***i (76)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasegreat shipping and communication with the seller, it looked exactly like the pics, it does have a tear at the sleeve cuff, HOWEVER there was a pic of that which I missed so that's TOTALLY on ME plus it's a minor repair nothing a needle and thread can't take care of so all in all I'm still VERY happy with the sweatshirt and with the seller I would definitely recommend them to others!

Seller did eventually provide generous refund at a later date. Pleased with product itself thought defective pocket zipper was not mentioned in item description and could not be detected in photos.

When I requested a return, they refunded the payment in full and told me to keep the item promptly and without hassle. My other item was received and was correct, solid customer service and would recommend.
