GOPO Joint Capsules
Recommended to me some while ago. Have been using since as although can't specifically say it is the product, I I do have more and better mobility. The official research seems to suggest I and others are right. Other rosehip products may also be as good but don't label as well as this product and so I can't say they're not as good. However I would, for safety and peace of mind, prefer to use this product as I know I am getting what I'm paying for and the benefits as claimed.

Lightweight and easy to use.
This product may not be the cheapest or most expensive but for the quality of the tools themselves its very well priced. So pricing aside, the tools are easy to handle with the soft handles making it easy to hold and manipulate them - very useful for those of us with arthritic hands. They are nicely tooled and grip and manipulate materials well. Come in a lovely zip up case to keep them all together. A great buy for most diy-ers purposes.

Only had it a week but such a difference!
17 of 17 found this helpful At 58 I've only recently come to realise, through newspaper articles, that the symptoms this exerciser addresses are not 'normal' 'age' experiences that I had to put up with as a 'fact of life'! This item is excellent value for money for its purpose and price! The accompanying booklet explains everything you need to know about what continence/ pelvic floor stresses are about and how the item works to address these, in easy to understand terms and language making the variable 'tones', 'pulses' and timings so easy and comfortable to use. I wished I known about this kind of product - and this particular item - ages ago! No more 'Tenna moments'! No more pads! YAY!
