Fantastic Tripod
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been researching tripods for what seems like forever, trying to find something stable for a large format wet plate camera. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. While it's not winning any points for being light that was not my intent. I wanted something heavier and stable, and that's just what I got at a fraction of the cost of many other tripods I was reviewing. So glad I purchased it! Highly recommend for anyone that does wet plate collodion work and needs something stable for their large format camera. I did purchase separately a lens stabilizer for extra support.
