I bought this 400/1000 grit stone to replace a worn out DMT 325/600 stone. This stone is very coarse grit, and despite being listed as a 400/1000 grit stone, both sides are the identical coarse grit. I will keep it for reestablishing primary grinds on really dulled knives

New blades came dull

I bought these blades to replace the worn ones on my chipper. The factory grind on the blades did not meet the back plane and there was a 1/32” flat plane where there should jab been a sharp edge. Shipping things back is such a hassle that I sharpened them on my belt sander
