Works well if installed ON TOP OF original broken mirror.
It's OK. Not bad but some things to note: Glass is actually about 1MM bigger on all sides than the original mirror and thus it will not fit INSIDE of the original edges of the plastic backing frame. Therefore you should leave the broken old mirror pieces in place and use high quality 3M double sided adhesive tape and install this mirror glass ON TOP OF the original broken mirror. Save any broken pieces of glass to get the correct height in areas where the glass fell out. Carefully make the adhesive level/thickness correct. It it is not an ideal solution, but can work out well if you use good adhesive tape and use it strategically and carefully to mount on top of the old broken mirror. It would be even better if this mirror glass was a little smaller so it would fit INSIDE of the actual plastic backing mount edge, but I could not find any for sale online that were the exact correct size.
