Noisy
While installation was easy, there are two issues. One minor and one is deal-breaker.
Minor is very bright light burning right into the eyes. Easy fix with piece of insulation tape.
Dealbreaker is that device picks up alternator noise, and as such it's, well, very noisy. So far I managed to minimze it by reducing treble, will see how it goes. Forecast is negative though.

Quality dropped horribly
3 years ago I bought a Space Pen. Same model - Economy\Military.
It was a pleasure, always clicking sharply, always writing smoothly. Believe it or not, but cop "stolen" it, so I decided to buy a new one.
What a disappointment. First of all, they changed thickness of the walls. I believe, some internal components were changed to plastic too. So now it has a weight of a single-use Bic pen, and about the same value - always getting stuck, always clogging with it's own ink, writes dirty. Garbage. Trash. Rubbish. Ended up in garbage bin, where it belongs. Shame on you, Fisher.
