    Unfortunately the item was shipped to me with bent pins on the CPU. The CPU had been placed in its carrying case upside down so the pins in the corners got crunched. This was something that I was not expecting as it was shipped in the retail packaging as shown. Seller was good enough to accept the return and refund me my money.

    The damage was indicative of trying to install the CPU in the improper orientation and not from improper packaging and shipping problems. The plastic container that contained the CPU had a broken seal and fingerprints. We handle everything with gloves, so your abuse of the returns process has been reported :)

    I accidentally left this feedback elsewhere so if anyone is reading this I swear I'm not a bot. I was in a tight spot with some failing hardware and messaged this seller particularly to ask for quick shipping. Within 5 minutes the seller had messaged me and ebay reported the shipping label created.
