Canon EF 28-135 usm review
It's useful, has a good range, IS helps, but it's not a lightweight.

Awesome product, save money and heft.
I have used the TC-17E with the Nikon 300mm f/4 AF S so far and I am extreamly pleased with the results. I use a Nikon D750 which has a very sensitive auto focus so f/8 is no problem.
The lens is extremely sharp so you hardly see any image degradation except at extremely high, not normal, magnifications.
And then is only minimal, still excellent.
You do need to use a tripod or some sort of support for this combo in order to get the best results.

Awesome lens, super sharp, fast and accurate focus, as new.
