Great Chair if you spend a lot of time at a desk.

The quality and condition of this chair is amazing. can't be beat! This Chair is a must have If work at a desk for many hours. I have this chair at work so I had to get one for my home office! After going through 3 office chairs form staples or office max in the span of 4 years, Its nice to invest in a quality chair that came with a ten year warranty.

22 core render horse

I put two of these in one machine to boost my rendering power for VFX projects. It was worth it. just do some research on your software as you may come across issues with software that cant utilize more than one processor group if you are running two of these CPUs with Hyper threading on. I had to do a trick to 3Ds Max and V-ray to get them to use all 88 threads for rendering.
