Nikon is the best!
The only photographic company with a Tele-converter of 1.7 times. It fits right in between the 1.4 times and the 2.0 times magnification. Sharp and of great value! Recommend to serious photographer!

Nikkor 35mm f/1.4 Ai-s Great lens!
3 of 3 found this helpful This lens is so good that Nikon still produces and sells it brand new to this date. I always wanted to have this lens. It is famous worldwide amongst the old school news paper photographers. The first question almost everybody ask today is: Is this lens sharp? There are way more things about a lens than sharpness. It takes time to get to know the "character" of a lens. How does it respond to tone gradation? color rendition? bouquet at different apertures? and so on...
This lens at f/1.4 gives this wonderful dreamy looks and an awesome bouquet that no other lens has! if one only wants sharpness it gets there by f/2.0 and downwards. Manual focus is a breeze with all the light it gathers. Of course it is not easy to focus at f/1.4 for the depth of field is so narrow. It takes knowledge and practice to do it right. It is a pearl! Not selling it and this one is joining my team of lenses that uses 52mm filters in front of it. This lens is very portable and there is no other in the market close to its size and characteristics. "All the sharp lenses" out there are bulky and produces flat images. Nikkor is a champ brand! History tells itself. What brand out there still produces a lens designed and produced since 1971? Yes! none! Nikkor! way to go!

The best flash ever produced in the history of mankind :-)
I've purchased this flash in 1976 when it was introduced. I keep it in my B&H wish list until recently it went out of production... too bad. This is a work horse when used with nicad recycles in 0.3 seconds. At the time this was an achievement :-) any ways I wanted to have one just for the sake of collection :-) I actually bought two in pristine condition. Great flash! again it is one of the flashes most produced and sold for lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time :-) there's a reason for that :-)
