Overall, I got a good chromebook. The only issue is sometimes the mouse cursor disappear from the screen. It's not a deal breaker since the touchscreen is mostly use for navigation. The battery has performed well so far.

Great but with any phone there's flaws.

I like htc phones. The set up remind me of a computer which is a plus to me. THe Good: htc touch flo interface is great, good call quality, good bluetooth capability, full web browsing, and the most important for me is the phone is very easy to flash to other networks (ex. sprint, Verizon, cricket, metro). The bad: the battery like sucks compare to other phones in the same category.You must condition your self to manual close apps some times exiting the app will not close it but there is a close all open apps button. It just like a computer program can run in background and it will waste your battery. The texting is a little irritating until you get use to it, but you could add a full keyboard app. to help(older model of htc have it)or get the htc touch pro with full keyboard built on phone but beware of the phone size and glitches. I overall like the htc touch diamond. It suit me and what I like to do. As I always say do your research first then buy. So you know what you are getting.
