No apps are working and the Play store is broken
I absolutely hate giving anything a negative review but I cannot use any applications on this tablet and am unable to access the google play store. Every time I attempt to use an app, there is a message that pops up saying," Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" or "Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped." I wasn't planning on using this tablet except for work but it doesn't help that nothing's working. The tablet is turning on and I am able to access the settings option but that's about it. I have attempted to clear the data and cache by using the "apps" option under "Device" to see if that would get the Play store to work but it didn't. I have even attempted to factory reset the tablet to resolve the issues but that was unsuccessful as well. I'll continue to try different solutions to get apps to work and I'll update this review if I see an improvement.

I have bought 3 tablets from different sellers and none of them have been up to working standard so I was pretty skeptical when I bought this. I was very surprised when I received this and it worked perfectly just because I've had a bad experience in the past. All the apps work in it and it actually charges. I would definitely recommend this product and seller to anyone who is looking to get their hands on a good tablet.
