  Sometimes images and descriptions can be deceiving but definitely not this time. This lamp is in like new condition. It’s even more beautiful and delicate and well designed and manufactured than it shows in the pictures.   This entire experience was a buyer's dream come true. The clock is magnificent -- it looks like it belongs in an expensive mansion, it runs perfectly, and the chimes have a gorgeous tone. Their descriptions, packaging and delivery were top drawer. They went way out of their way to ensure that the clock was pampered including set up (they even brought it in a padded van!). These guys could not have been nicer and the value is outstanding. I wish every seller was this great! 100% delighted!
