  USPS was delayed, tracking info not updated, have experienced this myself as a seller and it's frustrating when you know you've shipped items. Reached out to seller just to make sure they had shipped it out. Excellent communication, quick response (which distinguishes the good ones from those who ignore their buyers) let me know it had been shipped, unfortunately the Post Office was apparently behind.
