Bad quality

Upon receiving the item we set it up. 1. We found paper jam inside the printer. 2.The printer making unusual noisy when printing 3. bad printing quality with stain on papers. we print lot of paper to clear the stain but it is still there. Actually, the functionality of this item has not been tested. We cannot keep a useless product. Very sad
