I finally decided to get the "Balloon Sinusplasty procedure". Look into it, I suffered my whole life. A great procedure to fix sinus drainage and breathing without all this stuff. NeilMed products to help tho.

Astroglide liquid lubricant
This stuff is better than KY-jelly. Very smooth, I used it over the years to insert tampons, vaginal intercourse, and for helping to heal after hemorrhoids. Great on the skin and smooth.
