useful little camera but fully auto.

Good little camera if you dont mind it has no manual control for shutter and aperture. You can control the shutter speed slightly by altering the iso though. Very good image quality. Easy to understand and takes readily available AA batteries. You can use CHDK for nearly all canon powershots to use them for timelapse or have a shutter speed though. I use mine for its excellent super macro and macro capabilities.

Good price.

Only works in Manual mode on my Sony A290. It does enable old m42 thread lenses to be used however. I would reccomend it so long as you are aware of this.

Andoer Ultra HD 4k waterproof Sport Camera.

Small size same as hero pro. Easy menu. Video quality is very good @1080p when I've seen a lot that are pretty poor Video quality is why I bought it and it didnt disappoint.. I haven't tried it on other settings yet. The angle of coverage is more like 120 and is definitely not 170. 120 is very wide in normal camera terms and is perfectly wide enough for practically anything. Anything wider is getting into fisheye lens territory. The amount of brightness you can adjust is very good with the normal default being way too much on a sunny day. I had to drop to -3 to appear normal but that has to be good in badly lit subjects. Works very well in poorly lit indoor areas with good colour rendition. The wifi works well on an iphone with xdv app for remote viewing. I tested it up to about 40 feet away and it functioned well no problem. Battery seems to last an hour and a half or so if you use it all the time @1080p. Takes about 3 hours to fully charge. This is a VERY good camera for the money and I would have no hesitation recommending it to others. Video quality alone makes this a very good buy.
