Nice gift for cat lovers

Eye Opener
I had read this a few years back (library) and after a relative of mine became very ill, I remembered this book and bought 2 of them. One for her and one for me.
It basically verifies what I've always thought about medicine. You need to be prepared before going in to a Dr's appointment, and afterward you need to do your own research. It's not that the Dr. may not have the intention of doing his best for you, it's just that human nature comes into play.
The book gives examples of patients and their treatments and why certain errors occurred.
Interesting and a must-have for anyone going through medical issues.

Works great, but short cord.
Works great. Sturdy.
Only 2 problems for me: it's a behemoth and I'm trying to figure out how to get it on my countertop (I can't lift 44 lbs), other problem is the electrical cord - it's only 5 ft not the 6+ ft that some retailers are claiming. I measured carefully, but now it's short by 1 ft. In the space I had planned to place it.
BUT the dishwasher does what it says. READ the instructions and you should have no problem. I used the short cycle (P6) and everything came out sparkling.
This is replacing a 24" standard dishwasher which took a week of dishes to fill. Now I can run this DW as often as needed.
I have an older plain faucet and the "quick connect" was simple. Used powder DW detergent and liquid rinse aid. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Overall, very pleased.
