Slow expansion plug easy to insert.
The slow expansion after rolling the plug up is what I was looking for, that makes insertion so much easier and the plug more effective.

Good for simple tasks, but not a work ladder.
Good for stuff like hanging Christmas lights. I wouldn't recommend if you're wanting to do more complicated things with tools. It's got a bit of wobble with all those joints, and leans against the wall in a curve, so higher up it is closer to the wall than a rigid ladder. Your work area is right in your face. So, if you're doing paint prep in the eaves, I would not recommend, but for changing light bulbs, yeah, it's great.

Clunky, black, protects the phone
Sturdy. Last one dropped 10 feet, broke, but the phone was unharmed. That's the ticket!
