promises a lot and delivers little. Hesitant to use mic as it proves unsettling for those on the other end.
0 of 4 found this helpful Others say the mic gives off feedback periodically, even after resetting features to default and trying to fix it with synapse options. Gives feedback on others where my older headphones did not have. This is over multiple chat platforms as well. Volume wheel is too sensitive and often moves on incidental things like my shoulder or the back of the chair, cranking up or down the volume without intention. The mic is supposed to mute when rolled up, this proves inconsistent.
The surround sound works great though, so I suppose if you're just using it for audio purposes, this product is perfect.
