OBD1 TO obd2 ADAPTER

Adapts the plugs from OBD1 vehicle (1995AstroVan) to the OBD2 scanner but does not communicate with the Actron CP9125 nor the Actron CP9680. At the low price it was worth the risk.

looks good, it's junk

Installed this1/2" rod cylinder which should have been good enough (1/2", the others are 5/8") but in order for 2/1" to be adequate, the rod MUST BE TEMPERED. this one is not. Lasted 45minutes the tractor checked for all other issues that might cause a 'good rod to bend, but being told that the rod was so flimsy that I could bend it (had to straighten it for my 8 yr old rancher to have PS) by HAND. The Chinese one I bought for the other side is a better unit!! DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.

does NOT fit the OE 1960 Type 2

This seal does NOT fit the OE 1960 Type 2/ Volkswagen van! It is too long and must be cut and spliced, it has raised tabs to fit into notches which are not in the OE lens and is too narrow for the short edge of the lens. Apparently it is made for an aftermarket VW Type 2 manufactured engine lid with off-size license plate light cutout, including the mounting screw holes. Can't speak to the other years seal is said to fit but not a fit for 1960!
