Asus ROG G72GX

Laptop came exactly as described, except the battery states "0% plugged in, not charging consider replacing battery". Are there any fixes to this or do I need to buy a new battery?

Zagg's competitor

Not the best to put on with a bad holding plate which I may suggest to get a firmer alignment cover. Though, that doesn't refer to the screen protector. Great product in par with Zagg's invisishield.
