If you suffer from a Hard water supply take heed
This product was imported from the USA. Generally a painless procedure though it did say postage was included the final bill was in the 30 dollars region. I was disappointed the product doesn't fit inside the inch and a half plug hole but rather sits on top interfering with the "pop-up" waste mechanism. As a Hair trap it works very well, however we suffer with hard water which forms a soap scum when combined with the trapped hair creates an almost impenetrable plug. We remove and clean the trap daily to maintain decent drainage flow.
