It seemed to have fixed the problem
The problem was that the TV would turn off on it's own and/or do other unexpected things. Note that the diagnostics and error codes were not much of a help and I wondered if it was the PS or some other issue but so far - it is working. From reading posts this may be an issue with this power supply.
