EXCELLENT PRICE! I have a dozen of these style clamps already and find them very useful for all sorts of applications.

Looks nice before mounting it but poor fit. Still, a bargain at $200 if you don't mind doing extra work to make it look decent.
I did click a positive response to the Recommend, Value and Quality boxes only because there was no middle ground. I put checks in the yes boxes used solely on price. For $200 this is still a bargain compared to getting a Factory Toyota bumper or even a salvage one. It's just going to take a lot of work to get it aligned. When you get the bumper it is very well packed and looks perfect. After having it professionally painted and reinstalling the plastic parts you notice some very minor quality differences in the fit of the plastic parts although nothing that was unacceptable. It was after I installed it I realized the fit was subpar. The gap between the end of the bumper where it wraps around the side and the bottom of the rear fender is horrible. It's much larger than the original and looking at it from the side it has downward tilt. There are no adjustments for this crappy fit. The 4 holes that are used to mount it to the frame brackets are just big enough to easily fit the bolts through. They do not allow any kind of significant adjustment. My truck has the towing package so the included brackets are not used, you just bolt it to the original factory brackets since they are much larger to incorporate the hitch receiver. I'm going to have to remove the bumper and make significant slots in the mounting holes to try to get it aligned and am not sure I will be able to get it perfect, but hopefully acceptable.

Great Seat
I really like the look of this seat with the red stitching and the suede look to it plus the sides mimic carbon fiber and match the fiber side panels on the bike. It's softer than the original seat but on the original seat the rise to the pillion is much more defined andI can't say for sure yet which style I like better.
