Good Product But Beware of Differences Between Sonicare Elite Versions
This was a very economical way of replacing my Sonicare Elite handle. It seems to be durable and it works well.
A FEW CAVEATS:
1. I believe this is an early generation Elite. It is stockier than the version I had. The fatter grip might bother folks with particularly small hands.
2. This WILL NOT FIT the charger designed for the slimmer Elite series. Because I'm handy, I was able to grind away some of the plastic cage on my old charger, and add a loop of wire to keep the handle in place. It appears to charge fine.
3. The replacement doesn't have the LED array showing charging progress, but it has a single light that blinks through the on/off button.
4. There's no dedicated button for high-low speed. instead, you press the power button to cycle through the speeds.
