Won't order again
I decided to buy Systane drops online for the first time after buying them from the store for years. The Systane drops that I received were not eye drops; this was "eye syrup" that only came out of the bottle if you squeezed the bottle really hard, and then the drops came out in a syrup consistency. Clearly somewhere along the transportation line, the package was exposed to extreme temperatures.
