I paid more for a similar one 2 years ago from a shop (when shops were open pre COVID) and this one is better fit and quality. Lumbar support is good. Like the reclining function too. Assembly was also easy. Postage was an issue - 3 weeks overdue - no reflection on the seller who responded promptly to messages, apologised for the delay (COVID related delays), and kept me informed. Great customer service from the seller - thoroughly recommended.!

It was ordered on the 23 Feb, 2023 & did not arrive till the 7th of March, 14 days later. The item advertised as Located in: Melbourne, AUS, this is not good enough. For example, I ordered another item from China on the 24th Feb & it arrived on the 6th of March. Anything longer than 6 days 'within Australia' is not good enough. My customer cancelled the order & I am stuck with the item.!
