Access your 1.8" drive on a larger interface
I used this product to access a 1.8" drive with IDE interface (50 pins, not ribbon ZIF!).
I cascaded it onto a 40-pin IDE-to-USB interface in a 3.5" USB drive housing. Connected fine to my Windows 7 laptop's USB port.
It works as advertised.
I did see a fleck of solder that may have bridged two traces and easily removed that fleck with a probe before connecting up. That's the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
Inspect visually when you receive yours!

Does the job well
I have a slightly deviated septum and I am a side sleeper. Without the strips I can only sleep on my right side. The strips allow me to alternate sides and reduce shoulder stress.
I never tried the off-brand, these are cheap enough.

Chelated Iron
I had mild iron deficiency (caught when I was trying to donate blood!). My doctor recommended iron supplement.
I tried the common iron sulfate, and found them upsetting to my digestion. Then I found the chelated iron and tolerated them well.
My iron rose and after a few years I can donate again.
B12 is recommended with iron, as it promoted the absorption.
