  The purse delivered wasnt the same as the one ordered unfortunately - however it was one the seller had for a higher price so I assume not having the one ordered we got a substitute. Still a nice leather coin purse but not the small one we wanted as a gift - but all delivered and packaged as promised. Maybe an email to advise they didnt have stock and did we want alternative would have been better.

  Not what I ordered , completely different shade. I ordered Tan but recieved beige minus the quirky style of buttons to the wrist. Communication good , but no proper checks in warehouse before packing and dispatching unfortunately. Item well packed and new, but they need to make sure customers orders are correct. At least they were inexpensive.

  Bad communication, delayed in sending out an item ordered, sent an item after 2 weeks which was the incorrect item as I ordered 2 and received 1 item. Very poor seller. Had to get eBay involved in getting my money back. Stay away from this seller. No recommended!!

  DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! Bought bag for £7.99, 13 days later had NOT received it and seller had put up price on the bag listing to £19.99, I reported as not received and still wanted item as many still in stock, seller refunded instead, no surprise there then! A disgraceful eBay seller!

  *Good eBay seller + item waistbands not coloured print as in listing photo, and seller needed reminding 8 days after marking my order as dispatched to post the item (as evidenced by the original 'Tracked 24' number being used), but happy enough with the product eventually received + thank you.
