transdapt 2199, modified, for jeep wagoneer V8 410 4bbl

if you are trying to replace the impossible-to-find bakelite piece that was originally used on the jeep 401 in the 76, 77, and 78 wagoneer (and probably some cherokee models, too), this is the only close replacement part out there, from what i've found. there is, HOWEVER, a small bump-out on the profile of the piece that we had to have removed at a machine shop before the pull-off would move with the piece in place. while at the maching shop, they ground off several burrs and sloppy edges, which other written reviews of this part addresses, but still the only part out there to replace that bakelite piece on the jeep 401 V8. my sweet yellow '78 wagon is back on the road again!
