  Great service. Very prompt delivery. Package arrived damaged. Minor damage to 1 stone -2 with chunks broken of the corners. Transit damage? 1st offered a reduced price for unit. Broken product no value to me. Seller sent me replacement unit. Arrived in perfect condition. This is a great company to deal with. Very impressed.   Rivet tool was good value for price and as described and displayed. Have since used tool and it works exceptionally well. Packaging was a plastic post bag without protection and the carrying case was partially damaged, probably during transit. On the whole, I'm happy with the transaction and happy to buy again (if packed better).

  Parcel arrived, as advertised at a good price. Liked the kit. However the the kit box had a break in it , and I believe not from transport as the fractured flap was from pressure from inside to outside. I contacted seller for a replacment container - as yet total silence from him. Would nnot buy here again.

  The price and the delivery were good, just the packing, I didn’t happy with the packaging, the stone can be broken when the delivering with just a plastic cover, I can see one stone nearly broke when the delivery.

  There were some issues with the product, which was definetely new as stated but could not be properly assambled. The seller was quick to respond and offer the help. He remained very helpful and genuine throughout, and only when all options have been exhausted, he graciously refunded full purchase amount although it was clearly manufacturer's fault. Thank you for your professional conduct, I hope our next transaction will be fuss-free :)
