Good part, fixed the problem
Kept getting obstruction in moving parts error. Watched for a while and noticed the side brush would randomly stop. This fixed the problem immediately, though it was a little chore to open the robot and get got the motor. Nice part, and much cheaper than a replacement robot.

This may be the ultimate cleaning machine!
We have owned a Kirby G4 for many years, and wanted to update the look. It was a good choice. These machines are just as good as the old ones. This G10 looks sleek and runs great. It is the best vacuum I've used since getting the G4 many years ago. All of the attachments and the shampooer take a few minutes to learn, but are amazing when it comes to cleaning anything. We love this new one, and will always have a Kirby in our home. The old G4 is now on garage duty as our go-to machine for cleaning out the cars. If you can buy one, you should. We don't even have carpet in our house, but use the Kirbys many times a week to clean many other things around the home.
