I was unfamiliar on how to prime the machine so I called his number that he had sent if I had any questions. Answered on the second ring and walked me through the priming process perfectly and then answered a few other questions that I had about operating the machine. He gladly spent 15 minutes with me telling me all about the operation. I think this was by far the best customer service I have ever received from an eBay seller.

The seller shipped it very quickly and has reached out numerous times to make sure that I was happy and that it was working as advertised. I waited a couple weeks to leave this feedback as I wanted time to get to know the machine and learn whether or not it had any unknown issues. I m happy to say that the description and attention to detail given by the seller was great. Not only do I own a fantastic machine, I also know how to service it because of the seller!

3 of 3 found this helpful This machine comes in Silver and Black. It is a bean to cup fully automatic machine. They are built well by SAECO who is the largest Italian manufacturer. It absolutely makes great espresso and takes the work and mess out of making in it in the morning. I concur!!
