  Vendor was prompt with responses but shipping was a nightmare. It was to have been delivered between May 9-14 (USPS) and arrived a week late on May 21. It was a rainy day when it was delivered and the package was thrown in the bushes and the shipping box was sopping wet. The carrier could have put it in the large mailbox in the street or ru g the bell and handed it to the occupant. As a result, i had to turn around and pay UPS charges to ship it to the graduate in CA. We flew out to CA on May 16

  Thank you for your comments. You are correct as USPS as of late has not held up to the delivery dates as estimated and provided by eBay. And though we ship timely, it is unfortunate that USPS ruins the customer experience for individuals such as yourself and I hope the graduate enjoys the item. Also note that we filed a complaint with USPS as well. Cheers.

  Seller first sent me a set of $19.99 chinese made junk, then professed no knowledge of what my complaint was. Then sent me the correct set of knives complete with a prepaid shipping label to return the JUNK knifes, BUT the Craftsman were miniatures and that was not mentioned anywhere in the ad.

  Our apologies for sending the wrong set out initially. We didn't realize we had two similar sets of lathe chisels listed and just picked the wrong box off the shelf. But, we stand by our listings and positive feedback ratings, and we are glad we were able to make it right for you. We also strive to describe our items using manufacturer specs. The listing pictured and detailed the model number of each lathe chisel/knives, which Craftsman does not list as miniature.
