Great Book
Great book that outlines some of the history of NC BBQ. It even has how to information on how to do a whole hog yourself. Great book.

Not a BBQ Bible!
This is just a overblown cook book. Most of the ingredients for the recipes you can’t find a regular grocery store. Waste of time and money.
