  When I received this lot of ashtrays I was very disappointed. Many were broken. They were not packaged well. However, when I contacted the seller he responded right away, and refunded my money 100%, for me this made it right. I know as a reseller myself that the Post Office treats packages very roughly. Upset about the broken item but happy with the quick response and my Money being immediately refunded. Unfortunately these things happen from time to time.
