  I purchase 2 tags. They were sent in an ordinary envelope which was empty. I sent photos of the envelope and they asked me if i wanted a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement. Which they did not honour despite me contacting them again asking if they had sent the tags. I would avoid this company as they are dishonest.

  Wholly untrue. This buyer did not reply to us to say they would like replacements sending and we have proof of this. Buyer leaves negative feedback for almost everything purchased on ebay
