Tooth Tablets? Bicycle Bottles!
I don't wear dentures. I use Efferdent Denture Tablets to keep my bicycle water bottles free of bacteria and whatever else. Use 2½ tablets per-bottle, ½ a tablet in the bottle top. Fill with cold water and let sit for half-an-hour, then gently scrub with a soft-bristle bottle brush, rinse, and you're in business.

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!
The taste is great, the savings are even greater, but the best part is how much easier it is to stay hydrated during and after a 20-mile bike ride. I've been drinking Ultima Replenisher for several years, and like their cherry flavor (now cherry-pomegranate) the best. PS: A 50:50 blend of cherry and lemonade is delicious!

Nothing Says "Winter" Like "Wheatena"
1 of 1 found this helpful Doesn't need anything to enhance its taste... maybe a pinch of salt, but definitely no sweeteners. I like to make two servings for breakfast, according to these proportions: 2/3C Wheatena, 1C water, 1C whole milk -- it's creamy, w/o losing that nutty grain taste. Perhaps a tablespoon of peanut butter (no additives!). I grew-up eating this stuff... Mom's "good" legacy :D
