great product with cheaper quality remote
1 of 1 found this helpful This is my 3rd Roku. I started with Roku 3 for my living room and then got Roku 2 for the guest bedroom. Overall, the quality of picture and smoothness of UI is much better over previous generations. However, the remote is cheaply made compared to Roku 3's shiny glossy one. Roku Premiere plus has a remote that is similar in feel to the Roku 2 but seems even cheaper. The left arrow is making a strange clicking sound at times.
