Backlight works but thats about it
This particular item simply did not work, I originally purchased it because I had a few keys that were not behaving properly on the original keyboard, upon properly installing the new one the only thing that would work was the backlight, after double and triple checking everything it seems the keyboard replacement was bad so I had to return it.

On paper, great for the average user but some features don't work
2 of 2 found this helpful Runs quick enough, the initial configuration/setup of Windows was a breeze and computer seems to be fairly responsive however on my particular one the function buttons for the keyboard to raise or lower the brightness were not working. Exterior has just a few slight blemishes as indicated on the product description. Overall its a versatile laptop that handles Windows 10 as good or better than you might expect

Just what I needed
Toshiba makes a ton of different models for the Satellite L655 series, I've had trouble finding a working part until I ordered this one, it was in excellent condition and works perfectly, laptop powered up without fail and battery was charging being plugged in with this new jack
