good but small issues
simple but effective shock collar.
be sure to tighten prongs on the collar device. I've already lost one and
order replacement parts
remote is easily activated in a cargo pocket causing me to accidently shock my dog. not good
I rarely use the shock feature because the vibrate mode is effective in getting my dog's attention.

anything dog care is over priced for what it is. my dog’s teeth are clean though

Torture Device
3 of 3 found this helpful I wish I did not throw away the old Mangroomer I had for 10 years! After 10 years of solid performance, it died on me. I purchased a new Mangroomer exact same model and instead of it trimming body hair it rips it out of my skin which is torture. I contacted the manufacturer and they acted like I was doing something wrong with the product. You would think after 10 years owning one with no issues I'd operate the second Mangroomer without issue. Honestly, I just feel the quality of the product has declined over the years. I tried aligning the blades, cleaning and lubing the blades but still rips hair from my skin. Pure torture...
