  Product is great. Had some shipping issues with ONTRAC shipping (they're absolutely horrible, check they're reviews before anyone uses them, trust me) so I contacted the seller and they took care of it even tho they didn't have to. Condition and value were perfect. And it looks great in my living room. Definitely recommend this seller.

  ok, I'll be honest in this feedback, originally I was trying to cancel my order because I was thinking the vevor filter was a replica of the original, I contacted the seller and they answered really fast and offered a better price for the item, after couple of messages I decided to give it a chance and they offered a better offer, when I got the item I decided to keep it and let them know my decision, they send the refund to me right away! I'll buy from them again and recommend the filter too.

  Would purchase again, great seller A++++++ UPS not so good. They shipped them back and forth and supposedly put them on delivery truck 3 different times. They repackaged them, put them in a big box for them to flop around inside. Part of the screws were missing. If they had not been individually wrapped, they would have been scratched all to pieces.
